Where are you based?
We are a home physiotherapy service based in London. We provide physiotherapy sessions at your home, care home, or workplace.
What are your working hours?
We are open Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM including Bank holidays.
How do I book an appointment?

Can I speak to a physiotherapist before my initial assessment?
Yes, we offer a 15-minute complimentary phone consultation with our Clinical Lead. During this call, you can discuss your concerns and rehabilitation goals.
How soon can I have my initial physiotherapy assessment?
We aim to arrange your initial assessment within 48 hours, Same day appointment also available, subject to therapist availability. Once your appointment is confirmed; We will email you the physiotherapist’s profile with a photo. All our therapists also carry an official ID card of RapidPhysio.
What should I expect during my first session?
Your first session will include a comprehensive assessment to identify the root cause of your condition. The physiotherapist will:
- Provide a diagnosis
- Discuss suitable treatment options
- Set SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound)
- Begin treatment during the same session
How many sessions will I need?
This will be determined during your initial assessment. The physiotherapist will recommend an appropriate number of sessions and a tailored treatment plan.
What will my treatment plan include?
Your therapist will create a personalised treatment programme using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, such as:
- Exercise Therapy: Stretching, strengthening, balance training, and gait re-education
- Pain Management Therapies: Deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, cupping therapy, and more
- Electrotherapy: Ultrasound, red light laser therapy, TENS, and Pulsed Magnetic Stimulation (PMS)
- Manual Therapy: Hands-on mobilisation, stretching, muscle energy techniques, etc.
How do I pay? Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, you will receive an invoice via email, which includes:
- Bank account details
- A secure payment link
Do you accept payment via insurance company?
Yes, we are recognised by the all major UK insurance companies. We can guide you the process of authorisation. We would be happy to discuss this at the time of your booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Free cancellation: More than 48 hours before the appointment
- 50% charge: Cancellation within 48 hours
- 100% charge: Cancellation within 24 hours
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule for free by calling us at least 48 hours before your appointment time.
